KRmatic attaches great importance to respecting your privacy. This policy informs you of the way we collect and process your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Collected Data and Purposes
We limit the collection of personal data to the strict minimum necessary. Data provided by the client or supplier are processed solely for the following purposes:
- The establishment of quotes and regulatory invoicing.
- Technical management, tracking, and internal archiving of your design and 3D printing projects.
- Getting in touch to answer your inquiries via our forms.
2. Data Retention Period
Your personal data are retained for the duration necessary to carry out the project, increased by the legal retention periods for accounting and tax documents in force in Belgium (generally 7 to 10 years).
3. Image Rights and Project Dissemination
In accordance with our contractual conditions, KRmatic reserves the right to photograph objects printed in the workshop and publish their visuals on its website (www.krmatic.com) or on its official social networks (including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
Right to object: This dissemination is not systematic if the client objects to it. You can refuse this use at any time simply by written notice to the contrary or by the prior signing of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
4. Data Sharing
Your personal data are strictly confidential. They are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. They are only transmitted to technical subcontractors necessary for the proper execution of your order (for example, the postal service or carrier for delivering your parcels).
5. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access and rectification of your data.
- Right to erasure (right to be forgotten), within the limit of legal invoicing obligations.
- Right to object to the dissemination of images of your manufactured parts.
